No problem. We will keep you posted with production photos and will not pack the products until we get your approval on the final products.

What is the lead time?

Normally, one container order needs about 21 days. Please email us for specific answers.

What are the acceptable payment terms?

We accept T/T (30% deposit before production, 70% after copy of bill of lading) and Irrevocable L/C at sight.

Do you provide drawings?

Yes, we do. We will provide the drawings to you once the order is confirmed.

What is your warranty policy?

We guarantee merchantable quality and will replace defective or broken items if informed within 7 days of delivery. We use strong wooden crates and can buy 'all risks' insurance.
