Inflatable dock seal provides much better air tightness. It is preferred for cold storage, clean room where minimal air exchange is critical. It needs blower power supply. Mechanical retractable dock seal is fully mechanical (no electricity), lower failure rate, for general logistics warehouses, cost-effective.

Q:Does inflatable dock seal need power supply?

Yes. It requires power for the inflation blower motor. Standard voltage 380V 3-phase or 220V single-phase, 50/60Hz. We can supply motor matching your local voltage.

Q:What happens if truck drives away without deflating?

Our design includes pressure release protection. If truck moves before deflation, air will escape to prevent fabric tearing. But please follow operating procedure to extend service life.

Q:Can I replace only damaged air bags instead of whole unit?

Yes, modular construction. Side bags, top bag are separate spare parts. You only need to change worn bags to save cost.
