Q:Is this fully automatic?

The flipping, positioning and corner sewing are automatic. An operator loads the mattress at one end and takes it off at the other. There is no manual pushing, pulling or turning during the cycle.

Q:What is the difference between FB5 and FB5H?

Same auto-flipping principle and the same sewing head options. The FB5H adds an edge guide system for tighter seam control, a slightly larger table and higher output, at 3.9 kW and 1440 kg.

Q:How many operators does it need?

One, for loading and unloading. Compared with a semi-automatic machine it removes the physical handling, not the person.
