The tufting head moves automatically in all four directions (up / down / left / right), precisely placing each tuft button across the entire mattress surface.
Button-to-button spacing is approximately 300 mm and fully adjustable; spacing does not need to be uniform across the surface, allowing flexible decorative tufting patterns.
Works with standard mattress tuft buttons, washers and rosettes, secured with tufting cord ~ producing the durable, classic tufted finish demanded by premium mattress brands.
An integrated rear lifting platform raises and positions the mattress for loading and unloading, improving ergonomics, reducing operator strain and speeding up material handling.
The electrical control system is built with Schneider Electric components, ensuring stable long-term operation, easy maintenance and broad technician familiarity worldwide.
Runs on a standard factory compressed-air supply at 0.5~0.8 MPa, with smooth low-noise pneumatic action for a comfortable, energy-efficient working environment.
