General Speaking, A Vertical Machining Center removes material from a clamped workpiece with a rotating tool and produces contours, pockets, slots, holes and threads from a stored program. A CNC numerical control guides the axes automatically, instead of the operator steering by hand. This gives high repeatability, short cycle times and consistent quality, in both series and single-part production.

CNC Milling Machines or CNC Machining Centers are different from other products, most of our Milling Machines don't have stock, we mainly produce according to customers' specific requirement.
Q:Which CNC control is used for these CNC machining center machine ?

At MAXNOVO MACHINE, our machining centers mainly use proven SIEMENS (such as SINUMERIK 828D) or FANUC (such as FANUC Oi-MF Plus 5) control technology for straightforward programming and safe operation. These Programs are transferred via USB and network and work with common CAM software.
Q:What is the average delivery time for vertical machining centre ?

Normally, the delivery time of C-frame vertical machining center is about 1 - 2 month since after confirm receiving customers' deposit payment. For mass production purchase order at big quantity, the delivery time could be discussed with each other case by case.
