The main components of this machine tool, such as the bed, frame, and headstock, are all cast from high-strength materials to ensure the stability of the machine tool during long-term use.

The machine tool adopts a 45 degree integral slant bed structure and is equipped with Taiwan linear rolling guides, which ensures high positioning accuracy and smooth chip removal.

The high-rigidity servo spindle is assembled in a constant temperature chamber and then undergoes a continuous 72-hour trial run after installation to ensure high speed and high performance.

Servo motor drives the tool turret for rapid tool changing; hydraulic pressure pushes the locking gear plate, providing strong locking force, suitable for various machine tools.

All sliding surfaces of the chuck are hardened and precision ground; it features a high-rigidity structure and high clamping accuracy.

The hydraulic tailstock is processed by hydraulic adjustment and locking, and by hydraulic piston pressing against the workpiece.

Each lubrication point is equipped with a forced automatic lubrication device to lubricate the lead screw and guide rail at fixed points and in fixed quantities, ensuring stable operation.

The guide rail is added with a scraping device to prevent the guide rail from being corroded by iron filings and coolant,which is convenient foriron cleaning.

The linear guide adopts a 4-row roller design with a high-rigidity cross-section, which has strong load-bearing capacity, low friction, good rigidity, low noise, and excellent lubrication.
