The mixing ratio is 100:2 by weight. Please weigh Part A silicone base and Part B CA30 Curing Agent accordingly.

Q:How long does the curing process take?

The curing time is 4-6 hours at room temperature. We recommend demolding after 24 hours to improve the replicate times of the silicone mold.

Q:Can this silicone rubber be used for food molding?

No. RTV2 silicone rubber is an industrial product and must not be used in food molding, dental, or human skin molding applications.

Q:What is the shelf life of the product?

When stored at or below 30C (85F) in original unopened containers, the usable life is 12 months from the date of production.

Q:How should I prepare the surface of the original object?

The surface should be clean and free of loose material. For porous substrates or thin flower patterns, use a suitable mold release agent such as soap water, detergent, Vaseline, or petroleum jelly.
