Q:Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a factory that also deals in trading business to provide one-stop service, resource integration, saving time and cost for clients.

Q:Where is your factory located?

Our HDF board factory is in Anhui province, MDF board in Jiangsu province, and plywood in Shandong province. All can be reached by car or train from Shanghai. Our import/export company is in Hangzhou.

Q:What are the delivery time and MOQ?

The MOQ is 1x20FT container for MDF boards. Delivery takes 10-30 days depending on quantity. For non-standard products, the quantity should be above 300 CBM.

Q:What are your payment terms?

We accept 100% TT, 30/70 TT, and LC at sight. We can start business under CIF, CFR, FOB, EXW, CIP, etc.

Q:Do you provide samples?

Yes, we can confirm the sample first. Usually, the sample is free, but you may need to pay for postage, which can be deducted after starting business.
