Q:What is your equipment warranty period?

Our equipment enjoys a 12-month warranty starting from the commissioning date, which shall not exceed 15 months from the date of shipping documents or warehouse receipt. Consumable wearing parts are excluded from warranty coverage.

Q:Are wearing spare parts covered under warranty?

No. Vulnerable consumable parts such as dies, punches, pins and cutting blades are subject to regular wear during production, so they are not included in the warranty scope.

Q:Will you provide on-site installation and technical training service?

We offer free operator training in our factory workshop. In case of force majeure, installation, commissioning and technician training will be carried out online. If our engineers need to visit your site, all travel, accommodation, labor and interpretation fees shall be borne by your side.

Q:Can I get free maintenance within the warranty period in all cases?

Free repair service is unavailable for damage caused by natural disasters, improper operation, unauthorized equipment modification, or secondary relocation and transportation after installation.

Q:Is factory training for equipment operators chargeable?

On-site operator training arranged at our production workshop is completely free of charge for buyers.
