Our core services include: CNC Laser Cutting for accurate, burr-free cutting; CNC Punching for high-volume parts; CNC Bending/Forming for precise angles; Welding (MIG, TIG, Spot); Hardware Insertion; Grinding; and Surface-Treatment like Powder Coating, Anodizing, and Plating.

Q:What file formats do you prefer for quoting and production?

We prefer native 3D CAD files (e.g., .STEP, .IGES, .SLDPRT, .IPT). 2D drawings (.DXF, .DWG) are acceptable if they include critical dimensions and tolerances. A detailed PDF drawing is also helpful.

Q:What is the minimum flange length I can design for a bend?

Generally, the minimum flange length should be at least equal to the material thickness plus the inside bend radius. For example, 0.125' thick material with a 0.030' radius requires a ~0.155' flange.

Q:How do I specify hardware and welding?

Call out all hardware (PEM part numbers, thread sizes) and weld requirements (type, length, location) on your 2D drawing. Standard AWS symbols are preferred for welds.

Q:What are your typical lead times?

Prototypes take 1-2 weeks, Low to Mid-Volume Production takes 2-4 weeks, and High-Volume Production takes 4+ weeks. Expedited services may be available for an additional charge.
