We prefer native 3D CAD files (e.g., .STEP, .IGES, .SLDPRT, .IPT). 2D drawings (.DXF, .DWG) with dimensions and tolerances are also acceptable, along with detailed PDFs.

Q:What is the minimum flange length I can design for a bend?

The minimum flange length should be at least equal to the material thickness plus the inside bend radius. For example, 0.125' thick material with a 0.030' radius requires a ~0.155' flange.

Q:How do I specify hardware and welding requirements?

Please specify all hardware (PEM part numbers, thread sizes) and weld requirements (type, length, location) directly on your 2D drawing using standard AWS symbols for welds.
