Q:What plastic materials can this washing line process?

It handles waste HDPE & PP rigid plastics, including milk bottles, shampoo bottles, jerrycans, chemical buckets, plastic crates, hard plastic containers. PVC, PET film are not suitable for this line.
Q:What production capacities do you offer?

Standard models: 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 1000kg/h, 2000kg/h. We support fully customized capacity according to your demand.
Q:Is the whole line fully automatic? How many workers are needed?
A:
Complete automatic assembly line. Only 1-2 workers are required for feeding and collecting flakes.
Q:Can the machine remove glue, oil and ink on plastic bottles?
A:
Equipped with high temperature friction washer, it thoroughly cleans glue, oil, ink, mud and heavy contaminants to get high-purity plastic flakes.
Q:Does the line come with a label remover machine?
A:
Yes, label remover is standard configuration to peel off paper and plastic labels in advance, avoid impurity mixing.
