Q:What kind of bottles can this recycling line process?
A:
It is mainly used for waste PET mineral water bottles, beverage bottles, cola bottles, and transparent PET packaging bottles. It can remove labels, glue, oil and ink to produce clean PET flakes.
Q:What are the production capacity models available?
A:
We have complete models: 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 1000kg/h, 1500kg/h, 2000kg/h, 3000kg/h and 5000kg/h, covering small, medium and large recycling plants.
Q:Is this a fully automatic line? How many workers are needed?
A:
Full automatic continuous production. Only 1-2 workers are required for the entire line operation, saving labor cost greatly.
Q:What is the final quality of the PET flakes?
A:
After hot washing, high rinsing and drying, the flakes reach fiber-grade purity, moisture content smaller than 1%, no oil, no glue, suitable for fiber spinning and pelletizing.
Q:Does the line support hot washing function?
A:
Yes. All standard models are equipped with high-temperature hot washing system to remove stubborn glue, oil and ink stains on PET bottles.
