Q:What plastic materials can this shredder process?
A:
It is specially designed for rigid hard plastic waste: injection die head lumps, plastic burrs, solid PP/ABS/PC/HDPE blocks, thick plastic sheets, plastic pallets, glass fiber filled plastic chunks. Not suitable for soft film, woven bags, foam.
Q:Can it crush super large solid plastic blocks without jamming?
A:
Yes. Equipped with standard hydraulic pusher and V spiral rotor, strong grabbing force to avoid floating materials, plus overload automatic reverse function to prevent blockage.
Q:Is the rotor shaft solid or hollow?
A:
Standard: thick-walled seamless hollow steel shaft with tempering and wear-resistant overlay welding, cost-effective for daily hard plastic recycling. Solid forged steel rotor is optional for 24h continuous crushing of high-hardness glass-filled plastic.
Q:What blade types do you have? Which one is for plastic lumps?
A:
Multi-claw blade (standard, best for large die head blocks), flat blade, trapezoidal blade optional. Multi-claw blade has strong gripping power without slipping.
Q:Do I need to remove the whole rotor to replace worn blades?
A:
No. Independent detachable knife holder, each blade fixed by separate bolts. Only replace the damaged single blade, save maintenance time and cost.
