Q:What plastic materials can this machine process?
A:
It handles wet LDPE/HDPE agricultural film, packaging film, PP woven bags, jumbo bags and other soft plastic scraps after washing. Hard plastic scraps are not suitable for this model.
Q:Does this squeezer pelletiser need an independent drying machine?
A:
No. High-pressure screw squeezing lowers material moisture to 3%-5%. Extra hot air drying equipment is unnecessary, which saves electricity and workshop space.
Q:What are the available production capacities? Can I customise the machine?
A:
Standard models: 200kg/h, 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 800kg/h, 1000kg/h. We accept customised machines according to your raw material, target output and factory layout.
Q:Is the machine CE certified for European markets?
A:
Yes. All our equipment passes CE testing and meets EU safety and environmental regulations, supporting smooth customs clearance in European countries.
Q:How about the service life of core wearing parts?
A:
Screw and barrel are made of wear-resistant alloy steel. Under normal working conditions, the service life can reach 8,000-12,000 working hours. We supply original spare parts at factory cost.
