Q:What kinds of plastic materials can this shredder process?
A:
Mainly for soft plastics: LDPE/PE agricultural film, stretch film, packaging film, PP woven sacks, jumbo bags, plastic bags, loose or baled film scrap. Not suitable for hard rigid plastic.
Q:Does the machine easily wind plastic film on the rotor?
A:
We optimize rotor structure for soft film. Combined with hydraulic pusher feeding, effectively reduce winding phenomenon compared with general single shaft shredders.
Q:How to adjust the output particle size?
A:
Discharge size depends on screen mesh. Different mesh screens can be replaced freely to meet different requirements of subsequent washing and pelletizing line.
Q:What protection device to prevent machine jamming?
A:
Equipped with PLC control system, built-in overload auto reverse function. When overloaded, rotor will reverse automatically to avoid blockage and protect motor and blades.
Q:Is the blade reusable after wearing?
A:
Rotary blades are alloy steel with four cutting edges. When one edge becomes blunt, you can rotate the blade to use another edge to lower operation cost.
