Q:How long is the machine warranty? After warranty, what if we meet problem about the machine?

Our warranty is 2 years. After warranty we still offer you lifetime after-sales services. Anytime you need, we are here to help. We can talk with you face to face by video or we can send technician to your plant.
Q:How do you control the quality before delivery?
A:
We have our quality control department, they will do testing before shipment. Or we would like you to come to our factory to check the machines in person. If your schedule is busy, we can take a online video inspection for you.
Q:Are your machines difficult to operate? How do you teach us using the machine?
A:
Our machines are installed well before shipment. When you get the machine, you only need to do some simple wiring connections. We also have marks on each wirings. And we also have the Manual to guide you to use the machine. You are welcome to contact us if you have any doubts on using the machine.
