It takes around 15-20 days to make regular sample and 25-30 days for customized one. It will take about 45 days to complete a 5000pcs order after samples are confirmed. Mold development time is approx 2-3 months.

Any quantity is welcome as trial order. But price will be different based on materials cost difference due to MOQ difference.

Q:What's your after-sale service?

Normally one year guarantee after goods reach your hand. Due to different work duty the life time will vary. However, we will always be cooperative to help resolve the problem.

Q:What certificates do you have?

All materials passed RohS. Since motors are normally customized and the certification cost and period is different. We can apply for certificates(such as CE, UL,ETL etc.) as per client's request. Certification period normally takes 2-3 months.
