Q:What is the difference between fried instant noodle and dried noodle?
A:
Fried instant noodle has oil, we can put noodle into hot water and just wait 2-3 minutes, then can eat or just eat noodle directly without adding water. Dried noodle need be boiled.

A:
There are two shapes, square and round shape. Capacity is from 20,000 pieces to 300,000 pieces in 8 hours. Workshop needs 30 to 90 meters long.
Q:What are the steam and electric consumption for the instant noodle line?
A:
According to different capacity, steam consumption is from 1000kg/hour to 3500kg/hour. Electric consumption is from 40kw to 150kw.
