It refers to an automated device that unrolls and forms the packaging film from the top of the equipment (compared to the bottom-feed), and wraps the product into a 'pillow-shaped' bag through steps such as bag making, filling, sealing and cutting. Typical applications: regular items such as biscuits, frozen foods, and daily chemicals.

Top-feed: The film roll is located above the equipment, saving floor space, suitable for lightweight films or small-sized products. Bottom-feed: The film roll is at the bottom, which is more stable and suitable for heavy films or large packages (such as boxed tissues).

Modify the parameters through the touch screen and adjust synchronously: The position of the color mark sensor (to ensure accurate alignment of the printed film). The phase of the cutter (matching the packaging length). Calibrate the number of servo motor pulses if necessary.

Check according to the steps: Check whether the film roll is installed flat and whether the guide rollers are parallel. Adjust the automatic deviation correction device (if any), or manually fine-tune the guide rollers. Clean the photoelectric sensor (abnormal color mark detection will cause deviation).

Daily: Clean the heat sealing knife and guide roller, and check the oil level of the air line oil mist. Weekly: Lubricate the chain/guide rail and tighten the screws. Monthly: Check the tightness of the servo motor belt and clean the dust in the electric control box.
