Q:How to adjust the packaging length?
A:
Modify parameters via the touch screen. Adjust the color mark sensor position for accurate alignment, adjust the cutter phase to match length, and calibrate servo motor pulses if necessary.
Q:What should I do if the film deviates?
A:
Check if the film roll is installed flat and guide rollers are parallel. Adjust the automatic deviation correction device or manually fine-tune guide rollers. Clean the photoelectric sensor if color mark detection is abnormal.
Q:What daily maintenance is required?
A:
Daily: Clean the heat sealing knife and guide roller, check air line oil mist level. Weekly: Lubricate chain/guide rail and tighten screws. Monthly: Check servo motor belt tightness and clean dust in the electric control box.
