Q:When can I get engineers from you?

After you finish preparation conditions (water resource, electricity, air supply, production materials) and contact our sales people, we will dispatch an engineer. Once cooperation is confirmed and visa is obtained, the engineer will arrive within 15 days.

Q:When can I get my machine after I paid?

Normally production time is around 30-60 days, depending on the machine ordered. Shipping time is based on your destination port.

Q:How to install my machines when it arrives? How much is the cost?

We will send engineers to your factory to install and train staff. The customer pays for round-trip air tickets, accommodation, and USD 200/day/person.

Q:How long does installation take?

Depending on the order, we send one or two engineers. Installation takes about 10 to 25 days.

Q:How about the spare parts?

We send one year of easy-to-break spare parts with the machine. During the warranty period, we supply spare parts at our cost, including delivery fees.
