Q:When can I get engineers from you?
A:
After you finish preparation conditions (water resource, electricity, air supply, production materials) and contact our sales people, we will dispatch an engineer. They will be there within 15 days after you cooperate to get the visa.
Q:When can I get my machine after I paid?
A:
Normally production time is around 30-60 days, depending on the machine type. Shipping time is based on your destination port.
Q:How to install my machines when it arrives? How much is the cost?
A:
We send engineers to install and train staff. The customer pays for round-trip air tickets, accommodation, and USD 200 per day per person.
Q:How long does installation take?
A:
We send one or two engineers. Installation takes about 10 to 25 days depending on the order.
Q:How about the spare parts?
A:
We send one year of easy broken spare parts with the machine. During the warranty time, we supply spare parts with our cost including delivery fees.
