After you finish preparation conditions (water, electricity, air, materials), contact our sales team. We will dispatch an engineer within 15 days after you cooperate to get the visa.

Q:When can I get my machine after I paid?

Normal production time is around 30-60 days, depending on the machine type. Shipping time depends on your destination port.

Q:How to install my machines when it arrives? How much is the cost?

We send engineers to install and train staff. Customer pays for round-trip air tickets, accommodation, and USD 200/day/person for the engineer.

Q:How long does installation take?

Depending on the order, we send one or two engineers. Installation typically takes about 10 to 25 days.

Q:What about the spare parts?

We send one year's worth of easy-to-break spare parts with the machine. During the warranty period, we supply spare parts at our cost, including delivery fees.
