Q:When can I get engineers from you?

After you finish preparation conditions (water resource, electricity, air supply, production materials) and contact our sales people, we will dispatch an engineer. They will be there within 15 days after you cooperate to get the visa.

Q:When can I get my machine after I paid?

Normally production time is around 30-60 days, depending on the kind of machine ordered. The shipping time is based on your destination port.

Q:How to install my machines when it arrives? How much the cost?

We send engineers to your factory to install and train staff. Customer pays for air tickets (go and back), accommodation, and USD 200/day/person.

Q:How long time for installation?

We send one or two engineers to your plant. It will take about 10 days to 25 days, depending on your machine order.

Q:How about the spare parts?

We send one year enough easy broken spare parts together with the machines. During the warranty time, we supply spare parts with our cost including delivery fees.
