AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryMetins Machinery Trading Co., Ltd. is identified as a China-based trading company and manufacturer/factory in Tianjin. It offers a broad range of custom metal, plastic, casting, machining, forming, fastening, and welded assembly products. The supplier reports TS 16949 and ISO 9001 certifications, more than 10 production lines, 6–10 quality-control staff, and export markets across Eastern Europe, North America, and Western Europe. Export sales represent 90% of total sales, with Tianjin Port as the nearest port and stated lead times of within 15 working days off-season and one month during peak season. The audit information records TUV Rheinland as the auditing organization, but the audit result is stated as 0 and the audit validity period has expired. Evidence is insufficient to assess after-sales service, financial credibility, innovation, or customer cases; several related capabilities are explicitly marked unknown.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly classified as both a Trading Company and Manufacturer/Factory, operating as a limited company in Tianjin, China. This indicates combined trading and manufacturing functions rather than a purely intermediary business.

CertificationsThe supplier reports holding TS 16949 and ISO 9001 management-system certifications. However, the provided slices do not include certificate numbers, scope, issuing bodies, or current validity, so the assessment is based on the stated certification information only.

Production capacityThe supplier reports more than 10 production lines, 6–10 quality-control staff, and a broad product portfolio covering stamping, fabrication, laser cutting, CNC, injection molding, casting, wire forming, fasteners, and welded assemblies. It also states lead times of within 15 working days off-season and one month during peak season; however, the recorded audit result is 0 and the stated audit validity ended in 2025, which limits confidence in current operational verification.

Customization capabilityThe listed products include custom-made fasteners and multiple made-to-order manufacturing categories, including stamping, CNC, fabrication, laser cutting, plastic injection, casting, wire forming, and welded structural assemblies. This directly supports a broad customization offering, although specific design, prototyping, and engineering-service capabilities are not confirmed.
