When high-temperature air passes through the moist wet curtain, the moisture on the surface of the wet curtain will absorb the heat in the air and evaporate, lowering the air temperature; at the same time, the negative pressure formed by the fan will draw the cooled cold air into the chicken house, replacing the hot air in the house, thereby achieving overall cooling.

The feed is loaded into the equipment's storage box in advance (mostly with a capacity of 20-50 kg). The motor drives the internal spiral conveyor rod or chain scraper to push the feed to the discharge port. The operator controls the opening and closing of the discharge port through a handheld switch to adjust the discharge speed. The operator carries the equipment and walks in the chicken house, aligning the discharge port with the feed trough to complete feed replenishment row by row or column

The system is powered by a motor driving a main chain along a preset track. Broilers are placed into chicken loading devices installed on the chain. The carrier moves at a constant speed to transport broilers from the breeding area to the collection point. At the end point, the carrier flips to unload broilers, and the empty device circulates back to the starting point.

The cages are available in 3 to 8 tiers, with specific options including 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 tiers to suit different breeding scales and site conditions.

The capacity ranges from 180 to 544 birds per set, depending on the number of tiers and the specific configuration selected.
