How do you handle problems that cannot be solved remotely?

If some problems we can't solve it with the remote service and monitor system, we will send an engineer to your company to solve it ASAP.

Do you provide regular maintenance and spare parts?

Our engineer will do the regular revisit to our customer each year for maintaining and further training. We send engineers to customer's company every year. We provide all the machine spare parts for our customer by DHL.
