Automatic Center Flow Screen Centre Flow Band Screen Used in Wastewater Primary Treatment Plant

Wastewater adopts inside-out flow pattern, entering from the inner side of modular endless band screen plates. Suspended solids, hair and fibers are trapped on the inner surface of screen plates. The circulating band lifts screenings upward to the washing zone. Fan-type nozzles spray pressurized water to flush residues into the collection trough for discharge. Cleaned screen plates return to filtration cycle for continuous operation.

Mainly used for MBR pretreatment, municipal wastewater plant upgrading-retrofit, industrial wastewater pretreatment (textile, food, paper-making). It is especially suitable for retrofit projects with shallow-depth open concrete channel and limited installation space.

Aperture sizes can be customized from 1mm to 6mm. 1mm to 2mm is recommended for MBR pretreatment, larger aperture for general purpose wastewater. Smaller aperture brings higher fine solids capture rate with slightly increased head loss.

316L stainless-steel and polymer composite material are optional. 316L stainless-steel for corrosive water quality, polymer composite features light weight, good anti-fibre-winding performance.
