Q:How to select tank material?
A:
PE/PP for weak acid & alkali; 304/316L for general corrosion; lined carbon steel for strong corrosion; sanitary polished 316L for food & pharmaceutical industry.
Q:Why is the metering pump dosing unstable?
A:
Common causes: air trapped in pipeline, clogged check valve, worn diaphragm, faulty back pressure valve or high chemical viscosity.
Q:Can the equipment adjust dosing rate automatically?
A:
Yes. Equipped with pH/ORP/flow/turbidity sensors, PLC realizes PID closed-loop control to reduce chemical consumption.
