Q:What is the working principle?

Raw water enters the central shaft and filters from inside outward. Suspended solids are trapped on the inner surface of filter cloth. Oscillating pressurized nozzles carry out automatic non-contact cleaning.
Q:Must we stop filtration during backwashing?
A:
No. The filter cleans discs group by group and supports continuous filtration without interruption.
Q:How much water is consumed for backwashing?
A:
Backwash water takes up only 1%~3% of the total flow, water-saving operation.
Q:What are the advantages of your cleaning system?
A:
Pressurized water non-contact cleaning with oscillating nozzles, full coverage without dead zones. Ideal for removing high-viscosity suspended solids.
Q:What is the normal head loss during operation?
A:
The head loss inside the filter tank remains around 300 mm, low energy consumption.
