SummaryMacheng Huayin Musical Instruments Factory is identified as a privately owned Chinese manufacturer specializing in pianos and related products. The supplier reports nine production lines, multiple piano and accessory categories, export sales representing 71%–90% of total sales, and customers in 38 countries. Its stated annual product quantities include upright, grand, crystal, digital pianos, and piano benches, while reported lead times are within 15 working days in off-peak periods and one month during peak periods. The supplier claims OEM and ODM experience, including manufacturing for a famous Japanese piano company, and describes CNC processing and automated production lines. However, the provided information is inconsistent regarding establishment year, factory area, employee count, quality-control staffing, and experience levels. No specific recognized certification, after-sales service system, or independently verifiable customer references are provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly classified as a manufacturer and is identified as Macheng Huayin Musical Instruments Factory, a privately owned company operating in Hubei, China. Its stated product scope and manufacturing-plant information support its classification as a direct producer rather than a trading-only entity.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports OEM manufacturing experience, improved piano designs, two automated production lines for skeleton parts, and CNC processing for bridge cutting and tuning-pin drilling. These are direct indicators of process and product-development capability, although the slices do not provide independently verified R&D results or patent information.
