Illuminated Backlit Flex Banner Roll Eco-Solvent Printable Indoor Outdoor Lightbox

We supply four main types: frontlit (for daylight-illuminated billboards and signage), backlit (for LED and fluorescent lightbox displays), blockout (opaque construction for double-sided printing and hanging banners), and mesh/perforated (for building wraps where wind load is a concern). All types are available in multiple weight grades from 220g to 650g.

Our flex banners are compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, UV-curable, latex, and screen printing inks. They work with all mainstream wide-format printer brands including Roland, Mimaki, Epson, HP Latex, and Durst. Please specify your ink type when ordering so we can recommend the optimal surface coating.

Standard MOQ is 500 square meters per item. For mixed-type orders (e.g. frontlit + backlit in the same shipment), each item requires a 500 sqm minimum. OEM orders with custom core sizes or packaging have a minimum of 3,000 sqm per specification.

Standard widths range from 1.02m to 5.1m in 0.1m increments. Standard roll lengths are 50m and 100m. Custom widths and lengths are accepted for orders above MOQ - please contact us with your exact specification requirements.

Outdoor durability depends on grade: 220g-250g economy banners are rated for 6-12 months; 440g-510g woven grades for 1-3 years; 650g premium blockout and lightbox grades for up to 5 years. All grades are UV-stabilized and waterproof. Actual lifespan varies by climate and installation conditions.
