Distinguish material grades clearly before orders. 201 stainless steel is prone to rust in humid coastal environments; offer 304/316 for corrosive working conditions. We conduct pickling and passivation treatment on all valve surfaces to boost anti-rust performance.
Q:Valve leakage occurs during customer pressure testing.
A:
Confirm working pressure, temperature and medium in advance. Match suitable PTFE/EPDM sealing gaskets. All valves undergo 100% water and air pressure leakage tests before shipment; provide test reports.
Q:Customers receive valves with inconsistent sizes or connection standards.
