Distinguish material grades clearly before orders. 201 stainless steel is prone to rust in humid coastal environments; offer 304/316 for corrosive working conditions. We conduct pickling and passivation treatment on all valve surfaces to boost anti-rust performance.
Q:Valve leakage occurs during customer pressure testing.
A:
Confirm working pressure, temperature and medium in advance. Match suitable PTFE/EPDM sealing gaskets. All valves undergo 100% water and air pressure leakage tests before shipment; provide test reports.
Q:Customers receive valves with inconsistent sizes or connection standards.

Confirm standard types (ANSI, DIN, GB, JIS) and connection forms (flange, thread, weld) at the quotation stage. Mark all dimension parameters on the sales contract and production drawings for double check.
