This equipment is mainly used to test voltage, capacity and other parameters during the battery formation / capacity-grading process.

Based on the test results, it supports cell grading, data analysis, data upload and sharing.

Single-point independent control: each battery has a fully independent constant-current / constant-voltage source for stable, impact-free operation.

The equipment adopts 8-channel / 16-channel programmable CC-CV control modules.

The status of each battery is detected and displayed in real time. If an abnormal condition occurs, the corresponding channel stops and the indicator lights up.

MOSFET power devices are used, making the equipment suitable for low-voltage-discharge cells such as lithium iron phosphate batteries.

The graphical operation interface clearly displays voltage, current, time, capacity and other data for each battery. Different colors can be configured to show working states and abnormalities.
