Q:How to visit our factory?
A:
You can fly to Wenzhou airport or take a fast train to Ruian station. We will pick you up from the airport or train station. Alternatively, you can fly to Guangzhou or Shanghai and then connect to Wenzhou.
Q:What is the warranty policy?

All our machines have a one-year warranty. If machine parts break due to quality problems, we provide spare parts for free.
Q:Is training provided for machine operation?
A:
Yes, we welcome you to learn at our factory before shipment. We can also send engineers to your factory to train your workers, but you need to pay for round-trip tickets, food, and living expenses.
