Q:How to visit our factory?

You can come to Guangzhou airport then fly to Wenzhou airport for pickup. Alternatively, travel to Shanghai airport or Ruian train station, and we will pick you up from there.

Q:What about the warranty?

All our machines have a one-year warranty. If parts break due to quality problems, we provide free spares.

Q:What about the training?

You can learn at our factory before shipment with an engineer teaching operation. We can also send engineers to your factory, but you must pay for round tickets, food, and living expenses.

Q:How is the machine shipped?
