Yes. We offer OEM & ODM CNC machining service. We can manufacture LED aluminum frames strictly according to your drawings, STEP/IGES files or physical samples.

Q:What is your tolerance for CNC aluminum parts?

Standard tolerance +-0.02mm. We can meet tighter tolerance requirements as per your project. All parts will be inspected by caliper, height gauge and CMM before shipment.

Q:What surface options do you have for the aluminum frame?

Anodizing, sandblasting, powder coating and polishing are available. Different surface treatments can protect the frame and match your LED screen design.

Q:Can the sample fee be refunded?

Yes. The sample cost can be deducted when you place the mass production order. Sample lead time is about 3-7 working days.

Q:What file formats do you accept?
