Yes, we provide OEM & ODM custom service. We can manufacture non-standard fixture strictly based on your 2D / 3D drawings or samples.
Q:What material do you use for this CNC machined fixture base?
A:
Normally we adopt 6061-T6 aluminum alloy. Other aluminum grades are also available upon your request.
Q:What is your machining tolerance for custom tooling fixture?
A:
Our regular precision tolerance can reach +-0.02mm. Tighter tolerance is negotiable for special requirements.
Q:Can you do surface anodizing treatment for the aluminum fixture?
A:
Sure. We can supply as-machined finish, clear anodizing, black anodizing and other color anodizing as you need.
Q:What is your minimum order quantity?
A:
MOQ starts at 10 pieces for mass production. We also accept small-batch prototype order for trial.
