It uses a multiplexed architecture rather than simultaneous sampling. However, thanks to its fast 20 us settling time, it can scan up to 4 channels sequentially at a very high rate (50 kSPS/channel) with negligible delay.

Q:Does this ADC feature internal buffers like other AD717x family members?
