AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryMingya Crafts is a China-based limited company identified as both a trading company and manufacturer/factory, supplying promotional and craft products including challenge coins, medals, lapel pins, keychains, patches, and related items. It reports over 10 years of experience, broad customization services, OEM service for well-known brands, ISO 9001 certification, and export sales representing 90% of total sales. Production quality control is described as finished-product checking by packing staff. After-sales support includes free remanufacture for supplier-caused errors, but formal complaint-handling and corrective-action procedures are not documented. Financial credibility cannot be fully assessed from the provided non-financial records. Innovation capability is limited by the stated absence of an SDK, while product R&D evidence is otherwise insufficient. No specific customer cases are disclosed.

Supplier typeThe supplier is a China-based limited company operating as both a trading company and manufacturer/factory. Its stated business covers promotional crafts and related products, alongside trading, design, hardware, apparel accessories, jewelry, and import/export activities.

CertificationsThe supplier reports holding ISO 9001 certification. This is explicit evidence of a certified quality-management system, although no certificate number, validity period, or scope is provided.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier states that it will remake products at no charge when errors are caused by its artwork or production plan, while customers bear remake responsibility when they approve incorrect information. However, it reports no written complaint-handling procedures or records and no written corrective/preventive-action mechanism, indicating a documented-process deficiency.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports no available SDK, which is a stated limitation for SDK-based development or integration. It does offer professional design services and clothing research and development, but the evidence does not establish broader innovation strength or product-development performance.

Production capacityThe supplier identifies itself as a manufacturer/factory and describes over 10 years of experience producing multiple promotional craft categories. It reports finished-product inspection by packing staff and provides a factory location, but the limited inspection description does not establish comprehensive production-capacity or process-control performance.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports customization from samples, designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. Its product range and professional design services further support the conclusion that customized promotional products are a core capability.
