Q:What types of ores is this equipment suitable for?

It is mainly suitable for processing heavy minerals such as placer gold, tin ore, and tungsten ore. It works best for fine-grained ores (-2mm) and can also be used for tailings reprocessing.
Q:How to adjust the rotation speed and pulp flow rate?
A:
Rotation speed is adjusted via a frequency converter/pulley, typically controlled at 300~600 r/min for placer gold processing. Pulp flow is regulated by a feed valve, with the standard being no pulp overflow and a clear separation zone.
Q:How often should concentrate be collected?
A:
Depending on the ore grade, placer gold operations usually collect concentrate every 4~8 hours. For high-grade ores, the interval can be shortened to 2 hours to avoid concentrate overload and loss.
Q:What are the wearing parts and their replacement cycles?
A:
The main wearing parts are the belt and drum lining (rubber/polyurethane). The belt is generally replaced every 3~6 months, and the lining can last 1~2 years (depending on pulp abrasion).
Q:Are additional supporting equipment required?
A:
A feed pump/hopper is needed at the front end. The back end can be connected to a shaking table/sluice box for further concentrate purification, or the concentrate can be directly collected for smelting.
