High Air Volume Explosion Proof Dust Collector Industrial Combustible Dust Extraction

The EXDC Series is mainly designed for combustible and explosive dust, including lithium, magnesium, aluminum, and graphene dust generated in battery manufacturing, metal processing, and powder-handling operations. It is also suitable for dust collection in food-processing applications. Final model selection should be based on dust composition, particle size, concentration, and site conditions.

The EXDC Series is equipped with an explosion-proof control box, explosion-proof motor, explosion-proof electromagnetic pulse valves, anti-static filter cartridges, and a stainless-steel pressure-relief structure. The conductive aluminum coating on the filters helps discharge static electricity to ground and reduce spark risks.

According to the product specifications, the EXDC Series filters particles as small as 0.3 microns with an efficiency of approximately 99.5%. Its anti-static coated filter cartridges provide efficient filtration and improved static control.

The EXDC-15, EXDC-30, and EXDC-55 use pulse-jet cleaning, while the EXDC-75 and EXDC-11 use rotary pulse reverse cleaning. Compressed air is released through explosion-proof electromagnetic pulse valves to remove dust from the filter surface, reduce clogging, maintain stable airflow, and extend filter life. The lower dust collection box allows convenient dust disposal.

The EXDC Series provides airflow capacities from 1800 to 15000 cubic meters per hour and motor power from 1.5 to 11 kW. For accurate model selection, buyers should provide the dust type, dust volume, number of extraction points, duct length, required airflow, installation space, and power supply. The standard power supply is AC 380V, 50Hz. Inlet and outlet sizes, as well as the top air discharge configuration, can be confirmed according to the selected model and project requirements.
