Rolling ball screws of back gauge. Clean carefully. Take off dust and remaining lubricant, Lubrication: 1 or 2 lubrication shots on the greasing nipples and nut seats.

There is strange noise because the gap of the beam and the guiding is too large.

Reasons:
a. The gap was larger and larger because the guiding's long time wearing.
b. The dry rub makes the wearing speed up because the lack of lubrication maintenance.

Solutions:
a. Check the wearing circumstances of the guiding press plate,if the  wearness of the guiding press plate is serious and must be changed. Adjusted the gap again until  conform the request. 
b. Emphasize the lubrication maintenance to prevent the dry rub.

Back gauge moving expiration

Reasons:
a. The key of the transmission axis and the synchronous belt wheel sheds off.
b. The synchronous belt slips off.

Solutions:
a. Reinstall the key and the synchronous belt.
b. The parallel deviation of the rail linear guide way and the mold's central line is too large.
c. Loosen the X-axis synchronous belt and readjust into the parallel deviation scope. Reinstall the synchronous belt.
d. The connection of the oil cylinder and the beam is loose that will cause the press

Hydraulic system without pressure

Accepted Answer

Reason analysis:
a.Check whether oil pump motor direction all right and whether shaft joint drive lose power.
Solution: Adjust three-phase electric power source and change shaft joint.
b.Check propotion electromagnetic of proportion spillover valve and voltage of proportion electromagnet.
c.Please unload spillover valve and equip it after cleaning if safety valve or main spool can not move or damping hole clogging.

Question 7

Dwell time is too long when ram speed changing from fast to slow

Reason analysis: 
a.Check whether oil level of the oil box is too low and surge check can not immerged.
Solution:
Make oil level above surge check at least 5mm.
a.Reset system parameter can low down moving speed.
b.Check whether surge check valve totally opened and if not will cause stoppage of spool of surge check valve.
c. Clean surge check valve and reload it.

Question 8

Ram can not downward moving slowly with handle and can not bending but returning and fast moving are nomal.

a.Check whether two-position four-way valve of the surge check valve all right.The reason which will cause surge check valve can not work are:(1. whether powered;2.stoppage)
b.Check whether surge check valve moved,if not,please clean it and reload.

Reason analysis: 
The main reason is surge check valve did not open.This phenomenon is opposite to the question three above-mentioned and you can deal with it refering to question three.

High-pressure filtering alarm

Reason analysis: 
a.Please change filter element ;
b.Please change hydraulic oil and filter element.
Remark:This filter element can not reusage.You have to change filter element in a week after filter element alarmed or will cause accident.

Oil temperature is so high that hydraulic system can not work regularly and seal lose it's effect.

a.Change hydraulic oil reached standard and durable 46# hydraulic oil is recommended;
b.Low down system working and unload pressure;
c.Change high-pressure filter element and enlarge oil return route;

Oil pump is noisy

a.Check filter element of the inlet port

a.Clean or change filter element 
b.Change high-pressure filter element
c.Change oil pump

Low-voltage circuit breaker is tripping operation after oil pump power on.

The reason as follows:
a. Current losing phase
b. High-pressure filter element is clogging caused by the reason of oil pump motor current is too large
c. Setting of the low-voltage circuit breaker is too small and adjusted value enlarged.

Can not find reference point after power on

Reading head joint of the light encoder loosed. Reading head can not overlap with reference point of the light encoder when machine returned and oil pump is working with load.
