AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryGuangzhou Modicci Fashion Co., Limited is a privately owned Chinese limited company identified as both a trading company and manufacturer/factory, offering handbags, luggage, leather goods, and related accessories. It reports extensive customization, ODM services, new product launches in the past year, and OEM service for recognized brands. Production information states annual handbag output of 500,000 pieces, with peak-season fulfillment of 2–3 months and off-peak lead time of one month. The supplier exports to multiple global regions and reports that 90% of total sales are exports. Corrective-action and complaint-handling procedures reportedly exist and are followed. However, certification information, after-sales service beyond complaint handling, quality assurance, traceability, and financial credibility are insufficiently evidenced. The supplier reports no available SDK, no overseas warehouse, no overseas showroom, and zero quality-control testing equipment.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a privately owned limited company in China and is described as both a trading company and manufacturer/factory. Its stated business activities include leather goods and luggage manufacturing, wholesale, retail, and import/export, indicating a combined manufacturing and trading profile.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports clear procedures and followed records for corrective and preventive actions and for handling customer complaints. However, no broader after-sales service details, such as repair, replacement, warranty, or service response arrangements, are provided.

R&D capabilityThe supplier states that it launched new products during the past year, provides ODM services, and offers multiple forms of design customization. This supports active product-development capability, although the absence of an available SDK limits evidence of software or technical integration capability.

Production capacityReported production information includes 500,000 handbag pieces annually, one-month off-peak lead time, and 2–3 months during peak season. The supplier also reports inventory capability, but its quality-control testing equipment quantity is stated as zero and outsourcing controls are unknown, creating a significant production-quality assurance concern.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization, and also reports ODM service availability. These statements provide direct evidence of broad customization capability.

Client casesThe supplier states that it provides OEM services for recognized brands and exports to South America, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, North America, Southeast Asia, Eastern Asia, Oceania, Western Europe, and Africa. These statements indicate brand-serving and international-market experience, but no customer names, order examples, or independently verifiable case details are provided.
