If we change the material  (e.g., from split leather to top-grain leather or PU),  how much difference will it make to the price?

The price difference depends on the specific leather type, grade, and consumption per design. Generally speaking, depending on the leather quality (e.g., split leather vs. full-grain leather). We can provide you with a detailed quotation for both material options once we receive your design and size details-so you can compare and choose the best fit for your budget and market positioning.

Can we customize our logo on the bags? And can we also customize the color, size, and material?

Yes, absolutely! We offer full customization services. We can customize your logo on the bags through various methods-such as embossing, debossing, screen printing, heat transfer, or metal logo hardware. We also support customization of color (any Pantone color available), size (based on your detailed measurements), and material (genuine leather, PU, etc.). Just send us your reference pictures, size details, and design requirements, and our R&D team will prepare the CAD drawings for confirmation

What is the packaging like? Does each bag come with a dust bag?

Our standard packaging includes an individual dust bag for each handbag, which is then packed into a five-layer corrugated cardboard outer carton. For in-stock items, we can ship within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. For customized orders, the lead time is typically 12-25 days, depending on the complexity of the design and our current production schedule. Sure. Please provide your destination port, zip code and the estimated quantity (pieces), and We'll immediately ask our freight forwarders for sea and air freight quotes. We have long-term partnerships with multiple forwarders, so we usually get better rates than market prices-this could save you quite a bit on logistics

What are your payment terms? Do you accept T/T or L/C?

Our standard payment terms are T/T (telegraphic transfer): 30% deposit to start production, and 70% balance paid before shipment. For larger orders, we also accept L/C at sight. Which payment method do you prefer? We can discuss and work out flexible terms.
