AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryZhangzhou More Star Furniture Co., Ltd. is a Chinese furniture manufacturer/factory located in Fujian. It reports ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, exports 90% of total sales, and has five years of export experience with self-operated import and export rights. The supplier provides ODM and OEM services and offers flexible customization, but reports only one R&D engineer, no new products launched in the past year, and no SDK capability. Production-related evidence is limited: the company states it is enhancing production capabilities, but no quantitative capacity data is provided. After-sales and service-management controls are weakly documented, with no written procedures or records for complaint handling, service assessment, or corrective and preventive actions. It has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent or branch, and has not participated in offline trade shows. No Fortune 500 cooperation or repeat-buyer preference is reported. Financial records are identified for recent years, but the slices do...

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly identified as a Manufacturer/Factory and a Limited Company engaged in furniture trade, located in Zhangzhou, Fujian, China. This directly confirms its business type and product industry.

CertificationsThe company description states that it holds ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO 14001 for environmental management. These certifications provide explicit evidence of formal quality and environmental management systems.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has no written procedures or records for complaint handling, service-capability assessment, or corrective and preventive actions. It also has no overseas service infrastructure, although it states one-month lead times and accepts several service payment terms; the documented after-sales control system remains deficient.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers flexible customization, ODM services, and OEM services for well-known brands. These statements directly support the supplier’s ability to provide customized manufacturing and design-related services.
