Q:How do I operate the machine if I don't know how?
A:
The machine is tested and requires a 2-4 hour wear-in period before normal operation. We also provide video guidance.
Q:What is the wear-in process for a new machine?
A:
Mix 10kg oil cake, 1kg sand, and 1kg water. Press for 3-4 hours: 1st hour at 3mm thickness, 2nd at 2.5mm, 3rd at 2mm.
Q:What is the difference between cold press and hot press?
A:
Cold press uses dry raw seeds (usually 2 presses for max oil). Hot press uses roasted seeds (usually 1 press for max oil).
