Q:What is the wear-in process for a new machine?

Mix 10 KG oil cake, 1 KG sand, and 1 KG water, put them in the oil press, and wear in for 3-4 hours. Adjust cake thickness: 3mm in the 1st hour, 2.5mm in the 2nd hour, and 2mm in the 3rd hour.

Q:What is the difference between cold press and hot press?

Cold press uses dry and raw seeds, usually requiring 2 presses for maximum oil. Hot press uses roasted seeds (e.g., peanuts roasted to 125-130 degrees), usually requiring only 1 press for maximum oil.
